I was born and raised in Newman Grove, NE and graduated from there in 2007. I went on to Wayne State College where I graduated with a bachelor's degree in K-12 Mild to Moderate Special Education in May 2012. My first teaching job was in Cedar Rapids, NE where I taught three years of special education covering grades K-12. In the fall of 2015, I began teaching at Boone Central. I spent the 2015-2016 school year teaching special education at the Boone Central Middle School in Petersburg. The 2016-2017 school year as provided me with the opportunity to teach special education at the Boone Central High School in Albion. I also one of the assistant coaches for middle school volleyball.
