All Boone Central Hot Lunch balances are able to be viewed and managed online.
Each household is encouraged to create an account by visiting the Online Portal. Here families can apply for benefits, view transaction purchases, and add funds.
For your family's security you may be asked to enter a one time Family Key. The only way to receive the key is by emailing Mrs. Classen Here The family key imports your students into your profile.
Deposits can be made online. Please note there is a 3% processing fee per transaction. There is no minimum online deposit.
Deposits can also be made by check or cash. Please note BOONE CENTRAL HOT LUNCH FUND on the check and include the first name, last name and family ID (Account ID) to apply the funds to. For cash, please seal it in an envelope and write your last name and Account ID on the envelope. All physical payments (check/cash) must be delivered to a building secretary and are processed daily. If received after 1:30pm, payments will be processed the next business day.
The balance reflected is a family balance. All student transactions report back to this family ID.
NOTE: All accounts are on a prepay basis and need to be positive in balance. Any negative balances are subject to collection according to board policy and the discretion of food service department. Lunch accounts must be paid in full for graduating seniors to receive their diplomas, as this is one of the items on their checklist.
SENIORS: Your account must be paid in full in order to check out for graduation.
At the end of the year, your positive account balance will be posted and will be available for 2 options.
Option 1: Donation- you can donate the remaining funds to student(s) who are in need of assistance at the school.
Option 2: Pay out. We will send your parents a check for the remaining funds balance.

WITHDRAWN STUDENTS:
Near the time of checkout, your lunch fund will be evaluated for payment or overage. In order to check out you need to have a 0 or positive balance. A positive balance is subject to the two options listed above, at your discretion. Please make sure we have an up to date address for the check to be sent, if needed!
