Filling out the Lunch Form is essential for our kitchen staff to plan and prepare meals accurately. It only takes a few minutes and helps us ensure every student receives a fresh, delicious meal.

🍽️ Meal Accommodations for Students
Does your student need a meal accommodation due to a medical condition, allergy, or dietary restriction?
Please download and complete the required forms below. Once completed, return them to Jordan Classen. After receiving your paperwork, we will schedule a meeting with Kathy Beckman to discuss meal options tailored to your student’s needs.
*Medical needs that require a change to the published menu should have an active Meal Accommodation on file.
* USDA requires a medical statement signed by a state licensed healthcare professional when the requested modification is outside of the meal pattern requirements.

Free Summer Meals at Various Locations Across Nebraska
The USDA’s Summer Food Service Program provides no-cost meals to children ages 1-18 years at approved locations across the state. To find information about summer meals sites near you, visit the SFSP Site Finder. It will be updated around May 25, 2025 for this year's summer break.
