How to make sure the ConnectWise app is installed and enabled on my computer?

Resolution:

Select Your Operating Systems: Mac OS

  1. Go to Systems Preferences \ Security & Privacy
  2. Make sure you are in the Privacy Tab
  3. Select Accessibility from the left pane
  4. Make sure the Connectwise is selected
  5. Then, select Screen Recording from the left pane
  6. Make sure the Connectwise is selected
