How to make sure the ConnectWise app is installed and enabled on my computer?

Resolution:
Select Your Operating Systems: Mac OS
- Go to Systems Preferences \ Security & Privacy
- Make sure you are in the Privacy Tab
- Select Accessibility from the left pane
- Make sure the Connectwise is selected
- Then, select Screen Recording from the left pane
- Make sure the Connectwise is selected
