    Spammers are at it again. Attackers are now spamming multifactor authentication (MFA) prompts to irritate and annoy users into approving the login. Please take extra precaution when approving logins and report repeated MFA attempts to the helpdesk if you did not initiate them.

    Select Your Operating Systems: Mac OS

    1. Go to Systems Preferences \ Security & Privacy
    2. Make sure you are in the Privacy Tab
    3. Select Accessibility from the left pane
    4. Make sure the Connectwise is selected
    5. Then, select Screen Recording from the left pane
    6. Make sure the Connectwise is selected

    1. Make sure the Chromebook is fully charged.

    2. Make sure the power adapter light is on while charging.

    3. If none of the above, please drop off the Chromebook to Media Specialist at High School Library.

  • What should I do if my Chromebook adapter is no longer charging?

    1. Unplug the power cable from its block and plug it back in and try again. If not working, do the following.

    2. Drop off your Chromebook and a defective power adapter to Media Specialist at High School Library.
